This started reducing my back pain the first night I wore it. I’ve never had such a bad back pain flare and this has been crucial to getting things moving towards healing and less pain. Very helpful for back and side sleeping relief. Note that I am a petite woman; may or may not be as helpful for a larger person.

This was a fantastic purchase! I have had lower back pain from sitting in my office chair 8-10 hours a day. I've tried buying new chairs, foot rests, seat cushions and none relieved the constant back pain. This pillow has a velcro wrap that enable you to adjust your preference. Best purchase this year!

Works great for helping with the pain at night. Helps me sleep. I got a medium large size which fits me well enough. They should at least have a size large and a size extra large too for other larger people. Keep your back very warm.

I hated this lumbar belt pillow when I first got it. I was going to return it but decided to give it another try and now I love it. It really does allow better rest for lumbar area and I now get up in the morning with no to little discomfort. I highly recommend to keep trying it because it’s absolutely helped me. I’ve now been using it for about 6 months and thinking of buying another just in case they stop making.

Great product! After using it for just two nights, the back pains that I had been experiencing went away. The product is a simple design but works very well. I recommend this item.

It does give you lumbar support. I use it for sleeping and just hanging around the house. It's also pretty great for side sleeping. And in a pinch you can use it as a pillow. It is super soft with just the right amount of thickness. The material almost feels like silk against your skin. One size fits most. There is a limit to its stretchiness.

This pillow does exactly what it’s supposed to do. My lower back pain has reduced significantly. I no longer have to slide of bed because of the pain. It’s great. I take in my car for long drives. Even on vacation so that I have the support I need. Definitely a game changer.

The quality could be better, but it serves a good purpose for my lower back problem.

This is nice and supportive. My armchair is deep and even a back rest isn't enough. I put this on and it's a good fit in cushioning my back. It also gives me some support for sciatica. I'm a 32in waist I think it would only be good up to a 34in. You could always use an extension of some sort. I'm happy with it.

I wish I bought sooner! My back really needed this support! Great invention! However, I need more support on the sides so I'm going to use stuffing from old pillow to plump up. There is a long pillow and a shorter one for the middle. I need two long pillows end to end which it doesn't come with. I'll try old stuffing from a pillow.

Cet article serait parfait pour moi si il était plus grand, médium large est trop petit. Il manque environ 6 pouces pour bien fermer . Et je pèse 200 livres. Donc en USA les mesures sont seulement une grandeur à ce que je vois.Je vais rajouter moi même un pièce de 6 pouces pour l’agrandir, je sais coudre donc ça devrait faire l’affaire.

For sleep, driving in your car, can't beat it.

I am hypermobile and tend to sleep in odd positions causing pain the next day. This aligns my spine and decreases the number of pillows I use. I also don’t end up on my stomach because of it, which is a huge win.

After spinal surgery when I had to sleep on my back or get extra support for posture this Support Pillow was a lifesaver.

It fits well and even room when my belly gets bloated. It’s comfortable and some pain relief. Before getting this item my pain has been out of control was a 10 or more now it feels liked a three ish. But I will continue to wear it and see if I causes continued pain relief. Maybe it will remain better mixed with ice and heat at different times. As well using bio freeze very little relief with that stuff. But it depends on the kind of pain as I hear it works for other people quite well.

I have a 42” waist. This product is too tight.
